We will be available for unlimited communication during office hours, beginning 30 days before your wedding. We will have a logistics meeting, to align details.
Timeline Creation & Managment
We’ll create a comprehensive timeline for your wedding day. that will cover the order of events and logistics, ensuring everything flows smoothly.
Rehearsal or Final Site Visit*
Your Lead Coordinator will manage your wedding rehearsal during the week of the event to ensure everything is in place. For out-of-town rehearsals, please reach out to discuss arrangements.
On-site Wedding Coordinators
Your Lead Coordinator will oversee the day alongside an Assistant Coordinator. With eight hours of support, you can fully enjoy your day knowing all details are managed.
Adress any Overlooked Details
We’ll handle difficulties that might appear during your Wedding day, so you don’t have to worry or solve any issues, and enjoy your special day.
Vendor Confirmation
We’ll handle vendor communication, taking over the coordination and sharing a detailed timeline with each vendor.
